Who Are We
Based out of Southern California, we are building a practical, community-driven blueprint for education improvement through the ReModel Education Education Reform Plan—focused on student outcomes, educator support, and equitable opportunity.
We are mission-driven organization focused on improving education outcomes through clear strategy, shared accountability, and practical implementation. We believe every student deserves a learning experience that is relevant, rigorous, and supportive—and every educator deserves the tools, training, and conditions to do their best work. We’re here to build a better path forward—one that communities can understand, measure, and sustain.
Why Education Reform Needs a New Model
Across the country, schools are being asked to do more with less—while students face widening gaps in readiness, opportunity, and support. Too often, reform efforts are fragmented: new initiatives are layered on top of old systems, success metrics are unclear, and the people closest to students aren’t meaningfully included. The Foundation was created to help change that by offering a single, coherent framework communities can rally behind—designed for real classrooms, real budgets, and real lives.
The Foundation supports change by:

ENDOWMENTS
An endowment is a long‑term gift that the Foundation invests to generate ongoing support for our mission, Education, Lifecraft, and Mentorship.
How it works:
- You establish an endowment (unrestricted or program‑restricted).
- The Foundation invests the gift with oversight and disciplined governance.
- Each year, a portion of the investment proceeds are distributed to fund programs & grants, so impact continues beyond a single donation.
What endowment support funds:
- Youth grants for academic tutoring + lifecraft skills
- Extracurriculars like martial arts and creative arts
- Mentorship / leadership experiences and safe, supervised after‑school environments
